Who uses your information?

Ali-Naïs Location, in Deshaies (Guadeloupe), uses the information entered in the contact form to reply to your request. Its full identity is given in the legal notice. The website is built and maintained by Enaolmedia, which may access it for technical operation.

What information?

Only what you enter: preferred accommodation, dates and number of guests (optional), name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. We do not store your IP address.

Why?

To reply to you and, where applicable, to prepare your stay. Your request is not a booking: availability and the terms of the stay are confirmed to you by the establishment. Your information is not used for advertising or marketing and is not sold.

Legal basis: the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (replying to your stay request) and, for a simple question, the establishment's legitimate interest in answering it.

For how long?

Your request is kept for 24 months from the date it is received, and is then permanently and automatically deleted.

Who can see it?

The establishment, Enaolmedia for the maintenance of the site, and the email service that delivers notifications to the establishment (OVHcloud). No audience-measurement, advertising or social-network service is installed on this site.

An optional button lets you write to us on WhatsApp: it is a simple link, no WhatsApp service is loaded on this site. If you use it, the exchange is subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or object to its use, by writing to us at contact@gite-cabane-ali-nais.com or via the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website does not use any advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical session and security cookies (which protect the form against fraudulent submissions) are set: they are essential to the operation of the site and do not require consent. Fonts and images are hosted on this site: no third-party service is called during your visit.
